Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Chiropractor to join our Raleigh, NC market. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best: improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

We understand that the right support makes a difference in a busy clinic. During higher-volume periods, we strategically staff our clinics to support patient flow and prevent the full patient volume from falling on one provider whenever possible.

Our franchise is owned by a Chiropractor who understands the role firsthand, with accessible local leadership supporting scheduling, staffing, supplies, clinic operations, and day-to-day needs.

Our goal is to give our doctors the autonomy to focus on excellent patient care without unnecessary micromanagement, while ensuring operational support is available when needed.

Schedule & Opportunities

We are currently seeking Full-Time Chiropractors with weekend availability throughout the Raleigh market. Scheduling may vary based on clinic needs and location.

We also have part-time opportunities available for Chiropractors interested in evening and/or weekend hours.

Clinic Hours:

  • Weekdays: 9:45 AM–7:00 PM, with a designated lunch break
  • Weekends: 9:45 AM–5:00 PM

Full-time Chiropractors generally work 4–5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to address musculoskeletal conditions
  • Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care
  • Develop and communicate appropriate treatment recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
  • Build strong, positive doctor-patient relationships
  • Support membership growth through care-focused patient conversations
  • Partner with clinic teams to provide an efficient and exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
  • Valid North Carolina Chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure
  • Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam
  • Eligibility for malpractice insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

  • $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience
  • Company-paid malpractice insurance
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • PTO accrual for Chiropractors working 5 days per week
  • 3 days of Holiday PTO for eligible full-time Chiropractors
