Chiropractor – Part Time to Full-Time [Monday - Saturday]

Position Summary 
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Chiropractor to join our clinic team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, evaluations and exams
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions 
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans 
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records 
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships 
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations 

Qualifications 

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college, 4 Years + Experience Desired 
• Valid DC license in Virginia
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Passion for long-term wellness outcomes
• Spanish Fluency is a Plus, not required

Schedule 

This role requires the same weekly availability, our clinic hours are 10 a - 7 p Mon - Friday and 10-5pm Saturdays. As we are navigating multiple doctor schedules, the only firm requirement at this time is every other Saturday availability.
 

Compensation and Benefits 

• Starting salary: [$102,000 to $115,000] depending on experience
