Position Overview: The Joint Chiropractic is transforming access to routine and affordable chiropractic care. With a rapidly growing national footprint, we’re now launching an Enterprise Division to expand our reach with corporate clients and unlock a major new revenue channel.
We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Accounts — a bold, strategic sales leader who can design and execute a high-growth B2B2C enterprise strategy, secure large-scale corporate partnerships, and build a scalable foundation for long-term success.
Your Mission You will architect and lead The Joint Chiropractic’s Enterprise Division — developing the business model, defining the sales strategy, and securing large national and regional corporate accounts. You’ll leverage your broker and network relationships to accelerate market penetration, while building a product offering that scales revenue across our brand.
Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like):
Develop and Execute Enterprise Business Model & Strategy
Create a comprehensive B2B2C business model and operating system, aligned with Finance and key stakeholders.
Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales, account management, revenue flow, and revenue-sharing
Secure High-Impact Enterprise Clients
Launch an enterprise sales strategy targeting key industries and decision-makers.
Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and successfully close new enterprise partnerships.
Drive Client Retention and Satisfaction
Build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Deliver exceptional service that enhances the client experience and promotes loyalty.
Collaborate and Align Internally
Work closely with Operations, Legal, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Franchisees, and the PMO to deliver seamless solutions.
Ensure internal teams are aligned on client needs, deliverables, and timelines.
Lay the Foundation for Scale
Document best practices and create a roadmap for expanding the enterprise sales and account management team.
Establish scalable processes to support long-term growth.
What You Bring:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Proven ability to design and execute enterprise sales strategies that deliver revenue and market share growth.
Enterprise Sales Excellence: Extensive experience selling to and managing large corporate accounts, ideally within the field of ancillary benefits, focused on healthcare, wellness, or fitness related brands.
Broker & Network Leverage: Strong broker and network connections, with the ability to leverage them for lead generation and market access.
Relationship Management: Expertise in building trust with senior-level decision-makers and fostering long-term client partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Success working across functions to align operational, financial, and legal aspects of complex deals.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ambition and agility to build a division from the ground up.
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and sales analytics to drive informed decisions.
Location: Ideally, you’ll be based near our Scottsdale HQ with the expectation to travel at least 20-30%
Compensation:
$100,000-$140,000 DOE plus incentive compensation
