Position Summary 
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated WC to join our growing team. This role focuses on maintaining the clinic's appearance and presentation. The WC is responsible for creating a welcoming friendly environment for all patients. As well as responsible for all patient communication and interaction and the clinic's customer service, sales, and marketing liaison. 

 

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Prepare the clinic for opening each day. 
  • Greet all customers and create a welcoming friendly environment. 
  • Maintain a clean work environment free of clutter.
  • Communicate with the Clinic Leads and/or the Operations manager needs of the clinic. 
  • Advocate for the patient according to the DC treatment plan. 
  • Assist the Clinic Leads with local marketing and promotions.
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the franchise.
  • Assist and communicate the needs to meet the Patient Experience Assessment (PEA) standards.
  • Pass the corporate mandated WC assessment. 
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of all systems through e-learning and additional materials.
  • Prioritize and manage the flow of the clinic via visit procedure and carbon lead responses. 
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Skills Required:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive, gmail, chat, Sheets and Documents
  • Experience working within POS and CRM systems
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and an expectation of excellence
  • Effective communication skills among a wide array of educational levels
  • Exceptional Time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Basic understanding of Chiropractic Wellness Philosophy and principles.

  • Maintain a high level of integrity 
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and act as upstanding citizen

Schedule 

This role requires availability M-F from 9:30am to 7pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4pm 

Compensation and Benefits 

  • Starting salary: 35,000 to 45,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus potential 5% to 10% commission
  • 4-5 day workweek
