Operations Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, field-based Operations Manager to provide hands-on leadership and oversight for 10 retail locations, supporting a team of 30–40 employees. The primary focus of this role is to drive growth through the training, development, and empowerment of high-performing teams. This role is 100% on-site, with all responsibilities carried out within the assigned locations.


Key Responsibilities
Leadership, Training & Team Development (40%)

  • Conduct daily on-site visits to assess performance and provide coaching
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent
  • Facilitate onboarding and ensure successful completion of all training programs
  • Engage in ongoing development conversations to nurture individual growth and correct sub-standard performance
  • Deliver follow-up and refresher training based on observed needs and performance
  • Implement weekly initiatives to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Sales & Performance Management (30%)
  • Manage sales goals aligned with budgetary targets
  • Lead teams to achieve or exceed sales objectives and closely monitoring daily progress
  • Consistently meet or surpass KPIs across all assigned locations
  • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and results
Administrative & Operational Oversight (30%)
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with franchise business partners
  • Complete operational tasks including scheduling, payroll, daily reporting, and calls
  • Follow up on leads and ensure that all calls are responded to within 24 hours
  • Analyze and distribute KPIs and other performance metrics

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • A strong passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle brands is essential
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business-to-consumer sales with proven success in meeting or exceeding goals
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned market on a routine basis
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams
  • Proven success in solution-based selling
  • High sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other departments
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to consistently close deals
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 plus performance-based incentive bonus
  • Paid time off (PTO)
