Our Mission

At The Joint Chiropractic, our mission is simple: make routine chiropractic care affordable, convenient, and accessible so more people can feel and move better every day.

Wellness Coordinators play a direct role in that mission by helping patients understand their options and commit to consistent care that delivers results.

About the Role

This role combines front desk operations, sales, and community marketing.

You will help convert patients in the clinic while also generating new leads through events, outreach, and social media content.

This is a performance-based role in a fast-paced environment, but you will not be expected to figure it out alone. We provide training, structure, and coaching—we are looking for someone who is coachable, motivated, and ready to learn.

If you bring the right energy and mindset, we will develop you into a high-performing sales and marketing professional.

This is not a passive front desk job. It is a growth opportunity for someone who wants to build real skills in sales, marketing, and business operations.

Who This Role Is For

You will do well in this role if you are:

  • Naturally confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to anyone
  • Energized by fast-paced environments and constant interaction
  • Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
  • Willing to learn scripts, practice them, and improve daily
  • Excited by earning commission and being measured on performance
  • Coachable and open to direct feedback and accountability
  • Interested in growing into a long-term role, including marketing leadership

You will struggle in this role if you:

  • Prefer to wait for people to approach you
  • Dislike sales or feel uncomfortable asking for commitment
  • Avoid being on camera or in public-facing situations
  • Want a slow-paced or task-only position
  • Are not open to feedback or performance expectations

Core Responsibilities

In-Clinic Sales & Operations (Primary Focus)

  • Build immediate rapport with patients and create a welcoming experience
  • Proactively engage and guide conversations toward care and membership
  • Educate patients on chiropractic care, pricing, and plans
  • Confidently present options and ask for commitment
  • Convert new patients into recurring members
  • Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
  • Answer phones, schedule visits, and process payments
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily clinic flow
  • Open and close the clinic
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment

Marketing, Events & Brand Representation

  • Represent the clinic at local events, expos, gyms, and community partnerships
  • Engage with the public to generate interest and capture new patient leads
  • Confidently approach and speak with strangers in high-traffic settings
  • Assist in executing local marketing strategy through hands-on outreach, including tabling at events, expos, gyms, and community locations
  • Participate in social media content, including being filmed for videos and promotions
  • Serve as a high-energy brand ambassador inside and outside the clinic
  • Actively request and generate 5-star Google reviews from satisfied patients
  • Deliver a patient experience that consistently earns positive feedback and referrals

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-based role. Continued employment is contingent on meeting expectations after training.

Core Metrics (tracked weekly and monthly):

  • Membership conversion rate
  • Total membership sales
  • Lead generation through events and outreach

  • Participation and consistency in marketing initiatives

Top performers earn additional commission and advancement opportunities.
