Job Title: Front Desk Wellness Coordinator (Full-Time)
Company: The Joint Chiropractic – Waugh Chapel (Gambrills)/Annapolis, MD
Pay: $16–$18/Hour + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Scheduled to work 4-5 days)
Mon - Fri 10 am - 7 pm, Sat 10 am - 5 pm
Sales and Marketing experience preferred

care. We’re looking for a Front Desk Wellness Coordinator to join our energetic, patient-centered team
in Gambrills/Crofton, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Present and sell chiropractic memberships and visit packages
• Re-engage inactive members and follow up on leads
• Answer phones and manage patient flow through the clinic
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and clinic space
• Ensure accuracy in patient accounts and point of sale (POS) transactions
• Support team goals and communicate with clinic management as needed
What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous front desk, outstanding customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Positive, dependable, and coachable with strong people skills
• Comfortable working with computers and POS systems
• Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and team success
• Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday
• Comfortable engaging patients for feedback, reviews, referrals, and photo/video opportunities for
social media.
