Position Summary
We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in creating an exceptional patient experience, supporting efficient front office operations, and contributing to overall clinic growth. You should be comfortable showing leadership.
The Front Desk Coordinator will work closely with the Clinic Director and team to deliver outstanding customer service, strengthen patient relationships, and identify opportunities to improve the overall patient journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
- Manage patient flow and front desk operations in an organized and efficient manner.
- Present and sell wellness plans, memberships, and services confidently and accurately.
- Build strong patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service to encourage loyalty and retention.
- Provide professional and friendly phone service, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling patient questions, and assisting with inquiries.
- Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using SOP software
- Work closely with the Clinic Director, management, and team to achieve clinic goals and improve the patient experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
- Work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience required
- Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
- Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Office management and sales experience is a plus
Schedule
This role requires weekend availability. Position is 35 hours, 3 week days and 1 weekend day.
