Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping others? Do you enjoy connecting with people and creating exceptional customer experiences? The Joint Chiropractic is looking for an energetic, friendly, and goal-oriented Wellness Coordinator to join our Stafford clinic.

As the face of our clinic, you'll welcome patients, educate them about our wellness memberships, manage daily operations, and help create an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Check patients in and out using our electronic system
• Educate patients on chiropractic wellness plans and memberships
• Assist with membership sales and retention
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support the doctors and team to ensure efficient clinic operations
• Help achieve monthly sales and patient satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing memberships and recommending wellness plans
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability is preferred

Preferred Experience

• Sales or membership-based business experience
• Front desk or receptionist experience
• Experience using point-of-sale or scheduling software
