We’re seeking a Senior Vice President, Development to lead our growth strategy, oversee franchise development, and launch an Enterprise Accounts division.

You’ll oversee traditional franchise development responsibilities while spearheading the launch of an Enterprise Accounts division, positioning The Joint Chiropractic as a trusted partner for corporate wellness programs and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for franchise growth, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Deliver franchise sales and net new clinic growth by identifying suitable regions, recruiting qualified franchisees, and driving new clinic openings.
  • Oversee market planning, territory mapping, and real estate strategies to secure prime clinic locations.
  • Identify and recruit prospective franchisees, focusing on quality and alignment with The Joint Chiropractic’s values.
  • Represent The Joint Chiropractic at industry events and conferences as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain a robust and qualified pipeline of franchise leads by optimizing lead generation processes, hosting expos and webinars, and enhancing the franchisor brand in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Launch and lead the Enterprise Accounts division to establish partnerships with corporate wellness programs, insurance providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of growth strategies across departments.
  • Partner with franchisees and Regional Developers to identify and secure prime real estate locations, negotiate leases, and manage construction timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) remains compliant and registered across all states while managing policies and development commitments by franchisees and Regional Developers.
  • Minimize clinic closures and oversee compliance with contractual obligations related to remodels, refreshes, and clinic openings.
  • Analyze performance data, refine strategies, and develop clear metrics and deliverables to measure success.
  • Inspire and lead high-performing teams across franchise development and enterprise accounts functions.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in franchise development.
  • Proven track record of scaling franchise systems and driving new business development.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Knowledge of the chiropractic, healthcare and/or retail industry is a plus.

Pay $225,000 - $275,000 DOE
