Position Summary
The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a critical partner to leaders and employees, helping to drive a culture of excellence and accountability. This role goes beyond traditional HR—it’s about building relationships, solving complex challenges, and shaping the future of The Joint Chiropractic. You’ll be part of vital HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management, all while contributing to exciting culture-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Champion Employee Relations:
  • Be the go-to advisor for managers and employees, offering expert guidance on policies, workplace concerns, and best practices.
  • Address employee issues with care and integrity, fostering a supportive and high-performing workplace.

Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Stay ahead of employment laws and regulations to ensure we’re always compliant.
  • Conduct audits and implement proactive solutions to minimize risk and enhance efficiency.

Elevate Performance Management:
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute performance management processes that inspire growth and accountability.
  • Coach team members to be effective leaders, helping them navigate challenges and develop their teams.

Drive HR Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with leadership on initiatives to enhance our culture and support business goals.
  • Lead employee engagement programs and play an active role in shaping The Joint’s vibrant culture.
  • Contribute to organizational change management efforts, ensuring transitions are smooth and effective.

What You’ll Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with expertise in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • A passion for people and the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 DOE
