Position Summary
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team. Position Overview
As a Wellness Coordinator, you are the first and lasting impression of the clinic. Your role is not just about operations - it's about deeply caring for people. From your first "hello" to your final follow-up, you are creating a space of comfort, encouragement, and belonging.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent services to members and patients
- Gaining memberships in order to meet sales goals
- Greeting members and patients upon arrival
- Checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor
- Answering phone calls
- Re-engaging inactive members
- Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions
- Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
- Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
- Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong phone and computer skills
- At least one year of previous Sales Experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
- Ability to manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Office management or marketing experience preferred
Schedule
This role requires availability: Monday-Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting hourly pay: $13.00+ depending on experience
- Bonus potential
- 1 to 4 day workweek
