Position: Full-Time Wellness Coordinator
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (required)

About the Role

The Wellness Coordinator plays a key role in the success and growth of The Joint Monroe. You are the first point of contact for patients and a vital contributor to the clinic’s operations and patient experience. This position requires a friendly, professional communicator with strong sales aptitudeoutstanding multi-tasking abilities, and a passion for helping others improve their health.

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will support patient engagement, educate on our services, promote wellness plans, and contribute to achieving clinic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming, professional experience to all patients and visitors from the moment they arrive.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and assist with patient inquiries and requests.
  • Educate patients on wellness offerings, membership options, and services in a way that aligns with their individual wellness needs.
  • Sell wellness plans and visit packages suited to patients’ care plans and clinic goals, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and ensure accounts are accurate and current.
  • Maintain clinic flow by scheduling appointments, guiding patients through their visit, and supporting team members.
  • Re-engage inactive patients to encourage continuity of care.
  • Participate in local marketing and patient growth initiatives to help build new patient counts.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Sales & Communication

  • Strong ability to confidently present and sell services in a patient-focused environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage diverse individuals with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members.

Multi-tasking & Organization

  • Capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a dynamic clinic setting.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks.

Other

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or wellness preferred.
  • Comfort working in a goal-oriented environment and contributing to individual and team success.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
