About the Role
Join an established, walk-in, cash-based chiropractic clinic with a strong and growing patient base. Our practice focuses on full spinal and extremity adjustments using diversified and manual techniques, drop table, and activator. We serve adults, youth, and pediatric patients in a supportive, modern wellness environment where you can focus purely on patient care — we handle operations, marketing, and administration.
We utilize clear clinical systems to support a consistent, efficient patient experience while allowing doctors to exercise professional clinical judgment. As our practice continues to grow and we open a new location in Warwick, Rhode Island, we are expanding our chiropractic team to meet ongoing community demand.
Available Role Structures
We are hiring chiropractors to support both our established Groton, CT clinic and our new Warwick, RI location. Multiple schedule structures are available based on experience and clinic needs.
Full-Time – Warwick, RI (Founding Team)
Full-Time – Multi-Clinic Coverage (CT & RI)
Part-Time – Groton or Warwick
Full-time Warwick roles require pre-opening training in Groton, CT.
Schedule & Start Date
Clinic Hours
Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Full-time: 40 hours per week, including Saturday rotations
- Part-time: Fixed weekly schedule with consistent hours
- Start Date: April 2026
Full-time doctors must provide coverage at both Groton, CT and Warwick, RI locations as operational needs require.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $85,000–$105,000, based on experience, demonstrated production history, and schedule structure

We are building a growing multi-clinic network across eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island, creating opportunities for long-term professional growth. This role may evolve into Clinical Director responsibilities, including associate mentorship and clinical oversight.
As we expand, leadership roles and potential equity partnership opportunities may be available for doctors interested in advancing their careers who demonstrate strong clinical performance, leadership, and long-term alignment with our model. In certain cases, qualified doctors may also have the opportunity to serve in a Professional Corporation (PC) role, in accordance with state regulations.
Responsibilities
Provide chiropractic adjustments and patient consultations
Deliver care within an established walk-in clinical model
Educate patients on routine chiropractic care and long-term wellness
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Coordinate imaging or referrals when clinically appropriate
Build long-term patient relationships in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited chiropractic college
Active state license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
NBCE Parts I–IV passed
Eligible for malpractice insurance
