Scope of Responsibilities:
Oversee the development of all training and communication to the corporate and franchise clinics, owners and managers regarding The Joint culture and operational expectations. This includes all on-boarding training for wellness coordinator and doctor new hires (franchise and corporate), new franchise owner training, monthly corporate newsletter and management of the learning management system. Support the helpdesk team in answering operational questions from the clinics and franchise owners.

Training (70 %)
Operational Support (25%)
Developing a monthly network wide communication, sharing developments from The Joint Corp, what is coming up in the network, highlighting stellar clinic performance, best practices and tasks to complete at the clinic and owner level.
Administrative / Communication (5%)
